The Chain seeks you – you must not seek it.
Recruitment is forbidden.
If you were recruited, the recruiter falls.
When one falls, others fall with them.
The Path of 99 Trials
The path is long. 99 steps, each a wound, each a mirror.
You will not see them all at once – only the next.
Three stages divide the way:
- Purification (Trials I–XXXIII) → The Mask falls.
- Ordeal (Trials XXXIV–LXVI) → The Shadow rises.
- Revelation (Trials LXVII–XCIX) → The Truth consumes.
The Hall of Numbers
Only 99 may hold a Number.
